If your opponent activates a card or effect (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon 1 Level 7 LIGHT Dragon monster from your hand. You can only use 1 "Starry Knight Ceremony" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

We do not accept returns of card singles or any opened product. Opened product is anything purchased with sealed plastic wrapping, tape, or sticker seals. For example, if an official plastic-wrapped box of card packs was bought and the main unit was opened, even if the packs inside are sealed, we will not accept this as a return nor would it be eligible for a refund.
